Morning friends! And, Happy First Day of Fall!! Today we are off to a wedding here in Sioux Falls! We will be shooting in the newly renovated St. Joseph's Cathedral and then moving onto the Great Stage at the Washington Pavilion. Fall is finally here (Yes, I say "finally" because I absolutely LOVE the crisp air, the justification for sweat pants all day, football season, meatloaf & mac n cheese, hot lattes, and cozy nights on the couch at home) and we couldn't be more excited for the change of seasons! Don't get me wrong...I love summer too!!...but, there's just something about the change into Fall that makes my heart SO happy!

A few weeks ago we headed west river for Casey & Josh's wedding. Loved how they incorporated a mix of glam & casual and loved all the thoughtful details! Jeff and I enjoy road trips and we love the hills, so it was wonderful to share the day with Casey, Josh, and their friends & family. Enjoy!

Gray, yellow, succulents and billy balls! Such a great combo! I've already mentioned this wedding season... I am loving gray! Gray and yellow, gray and red, gray and orange, gray and anything! Katie and Tarek had so many great "custom" details. One of my favorite things about their wedding was Katie's custom wedding gown! She took an old bridesmaid dress (one she wore for a friends wedding), altered the top, created a one shoulder, and added a bow from her grandmothers wedding dress to the shoulder of hers. One of a kind, grandma's vintage flair, and completely Katie! Now that's a bridesmaids dress that "you can wear it again!". We loved being a part of this laid back and classy affair. The ceremony was held at the Augie Chapel and the reception at Westward Ho Country Club. Take a look at this stunning couple, adorable flower girls, and the very modern details of Katie and Tarek.
