Happy Friday, With wedding season beginning to wind down this time of year, we often get asked "well what do you guys do now?"....On one hand...I could gush about how excited I am for simple things like: watching tv, seeing my friends on a Saturday night, more time for reading a book, cooking at home, or sleeping in on a Sunday morning. :) But, on the other hand...what we also get to do now is begin to focus on all of our weddings for next year!!! : ) Engagement sessions really take over and we get to start all over again; new clients, new ideas, new weddings, new faces, new friends! Which leads me to Mackenzie and Nate...

Meet Ross & Andrea... Andrea is a 3rd grade teacher with an incredibly sweet demeanor to match. Ross is an outdoorsy laid-back kind of guy who is all about making Andrea happy. With spending just one evening with these two you can see how happy they make each other. Both down to earth, always smiley, and easy on the eyes! We spent a wonderful Friday evening roaming a gorgeous horse pasture and walking around Oak Wood State Park. This was our first time incorporating horses and chickens and we LOVED the challenge! The combination of natural beauty from the outdoors, perfect South Dakota light, curious horses, Angelique of Platinum Imaginations (for hair & makeup on Andrea) and this full-of-life couple made for truly organic and timeless photographs.
